Grants

We offer grant positions on all of our ongoing online courses. This grant is open for BIPOC, local residents and those in great financial need. The grant amount covers 80% of the cost of the program and is intended to make the program accessible to those who otherwise would not be able to access this type of education. Trade Opportunities

The trade will be equivalent to the time frame of the retreat or program in question. For more information, please make a proposal to jiya@thekulacollective.com. We offer trade opportunities in the following:

Social Media

You must be a proficient creative writer with a strong social media profile. You are able to offer 3-5 hours per week creating content, responding to comments, liking and following relevant posts and accounts, and keeping up to date with social media trends.

Music Promotion

This trade involves supporting Jiya with her music promotion, and is ideal for someone with some knowledge of the industry. The trade is based on creating playlists and submitting songs for playlist exposure, but may involve other marketing and promo as needed.

Retreat Support

Some of our programs may have opportunity for a support role, involving space set-up, photography and video, porterage, service, hospitality and/or minor teaching offerings.

Personal Assistance

This trade may involve anything from email and website support, to booking flights, to supporting with event set up.

Job Opportunities

Personal Assistant

Jiya is currently looking for a long term personal assistant. This is a very part time role - just a few hours a week - and would be ideal for someone looking to trade for retreat or coaching. The role is suitable for someone with existing experience as a PA, who is proactive and detail oriented, able to take initiative to create supportive systems behind the scenes.
