Where does our sense of worth really come from? Sit with the mantra "I honor my worth" and observe how integrating this code within you starts to ripple out in the rest of your life.
Release Attachment Meditation
Our attachments are our attempt to bind ourselves to the stuff of this world, to deny the transience that is innate in all things, including ourselves. Visualize these attachments as golden threads and consciously draw back energy that is draining away. This is a powerful practice to use regularly, especially in relationships.
I Am Meditation
From the place of the inner witness, arises the awareness that 'I Am.' Allow the stories and identities to fall away and root into your true Self.
